From the very beginning, the founders Annie and David Pettersson placed special emphasis on the selection of fabrics as well as precise workmanship. In their sewing factory, no one person sewed a shirt alone, but the seamstresses and seamsters specialized in a specific part and perfected their craftsmanship for that specific part. Thus, the premium standard could always be met and the company developed into a globally recognized shirt manufacturer. The label was renamed "ETON" in the 1950s to reflect its international development. ETON was derived from the flagship of the collection at the time, “The Eton Shirt”, which was inspired by and reflected the elegant dress style of the renowned Eton College.

If you want to wash your shirt yourself, set a low spin speed or choose a special shirt washing program. Do not wring out the shirt after washing, instead hang it wet on a hanger and carefully pull it straight. As with a non-iron shirt, this gives you the best possible smooth result.
